How To Clean Your Tea Brewer and Increase Tea Sales

Stains and residues on your tea equipment might seem commonplace, but they can leave your beverages bitter or sour. A clean brewer is essential to great-tasting tea, which will lead to increased sales on an incredibly high-margin product.

How Often Should I Clean My Tea Brewer?
Ideally, you’ll want to clean your tea dispenser daily to prevent buildup, as well as maintain intended flavors. For loose parts like brew baskets, lids and spigots, cleaning once a week is optimal.

What About Tea Liners?
While it’s tempting to neglect cleaning and use disposable tea liners, there are several reasons to opt for a proper cleaner and sanitizer.

Sanitation
While a liner might prevent some stains, not all parts are preserved. Notably, you will still need to clean your brew basket and spigot. A proper cleaning solution process is safer and more efficient, while adding minimal labor.

Cost

Tea liners might save a small amount of time, but the ongoing cost of purchasing disposable liners adds up tremendously, especially when compared to the small amount of solution used with a cleaner/sanitizer like Sani-Tea

Environment
For those striving to reduce waste, the choice is clear. A small amount of Sani-Tea goes above and beyond to clean and sanitize, with a fraction of the plastic waste.
